During the school there will be a possibility to present your research results in poster. The presentation of a poster is not a condition of the participation.
If you are going to present a poster, please use the following abstract template to prepare your poster abstract and save it in a “name_abstract.doc/docx/rtf” format.
In order to submit your poster presentation abstract please register first. Then you can submit your abstract through the abstract submission form below.
Please note that the abstract submission deadline is 1st February 2020 for bursary applicants and 10th March 2020 for participants not applying for bursary.
For bursary applicants: if you already uploaded your abstract through the Bursary application form, you don’t need to resubmit it here.
Suggested poster size is 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) (A0 in portrait orientation). Mounting material will be available. Posters can be mounted from lunch time on Tuesday and they should be displayed till Thursday (poster stands will be removed on Thursday evening). Posters with odd numbers will be presented on Tuesday, whereas those with even numbers on Thursday.
Poster flash presentation:
12 voluntaries per session will be selected to present her/his poster in a 3 minutes lecture (max. 3 ppt slides) during the poster sessions.
